Return policy
1. The customer has the right to request a return within 7 days of receipt.
2. The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all accessories, invoices, and original packaging.
3. Products that show signs of use or damage resulting from misuse will not be accepted for return.
4. Health and personal hygiene products cannot be returned after opening.
5. If the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, the store will bear all shipping and return costs.
6. If the return is due to the customer's preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Replacement Policy
1. Products can be replaced within 7 days of receipt under the same conditions as those mentioned in the return policy.
2. Replacements will be made with a similar product or another product of the customer's choice of equal or greater value (with the difference in price paid, if applicable).
3. Discounted products or products that were part of special offers cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
Communication mechanism for requesting a refund or replacement
After reviewing the request and confirming that the conditions are met, instructions for shipping the product and returning it to the warehouse will be sent.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the return or exchange will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
